base notes	DOTTED -- midway between adjacent zones. Davydov (GTS2012) has shown as coeval with base of G.texanus Conodont zone; but when that is put at base of Visean, then 'by definition' the underlying E. simplex zone is equal to its base. GTS04 = Set as 1/8th up in Visean, which is close to Davydov'04 chart at 15% above base of Visean. Boreal equivalents of Mf9 and M10 are a combined zone on the ExxonMobil '01 chart. NOTE: FAD's of Eoendothyranopsis scitula, Globoendothyra piasae, Skippella spp. in mid-Keokuk (Brenckle, pers. commun. 2006); which initially came out as 1-myr older (mid-Mf8); therefore we had to both slightly lower base-Mf9 (to 12.5% up in Visean) and raise estimated FADs to 2/3rds up in Keokuk.				comp notes	The notes says "midway between adjacent zones" - from the equation this means midway between adjacent standard European zones - .e halfway though MZ10+MFZ9 interval. The top MFZ10 is FAD U. rotundus. and the base of MFZ9 is FAD E. simplex
