base notes	Just BELOW (ca. 95% up in underlying zone) the Base of S.bellus zone in Schmitz-Davydov'12. GTS08 = DASH -- Russian chart (2006) puts at about 75% up in S. virgilicus conodont zone (used here); whereas GTS04 put slightly higher as base of overlying Conodont zone Pc18. Zonation of Davydov'96 splits these and the corresponding Noginian substage of Russia into dual zones; but his GTS2004 equivalence of Pf21 (and its name) with the substage requires a merging here. His diagram in GTS2004 has FAD of Schellwienia at base of Pf20, but occurrences in zones suggests it should be base Pf21 instead? Ross-Ross'88 suggest that this zone correlates to Rausrites stuckenbergi (Pf19); however, this would dramatically 'squeeze' the biostrat correlations of Oread, Lecompton, Deer Creek and Topeka cycles that are assumed to be merged into the Ireland set.				comp notes
