base notes	DASHED -- Equated (maybe redefined?) by Wang et al. (2019) as base of Idiognathodus turbatus Conodont zone (= coeval with Idiognathodus sagittalis = potential marker for Kasimovian GSSP). Davydov'12 and Barry RIchards (2013) dashed as base-Kazimovian (using alternate definition). GTS08 -- Spelled as Xiaoyaoan by Zhang and Zhou (2007; Carb. Congress) -- who showed base is nearly coeval with base-Kazimovian (same as Davydov'12). But Menning et al put as mid-Kasimovian (although their Gzehelian is longer). Spelled 'Xiaodushanian' in Menning et al (2006). Upper part called 'Mapingian' that seems to extend into lowest Permian (GTS chapters on Carbon and Perm are inconsistent for basal-Permian); but Menning et al (2006) show Mapingian as a Series-level rank. NOTE: GeoWhen had Mapingian beginning as 33% above base of Moscovian.				comp notes
