compilation_notes:	CHECK - the Permo-Carb and Devonian workbboks had diferewnt stages in the Early Carb - Late Devonian interval. I have followed the Permo-Carb sheet for the Carboniferous and the Devonian sheet for the Devonian. BUT this does mean the stages here are sliightly differnto those on TSC - in partixualr the Xikuangshanian Stage is repalced on TSC b the Gelaohean stage.
