According to Gradstein et al. 1997 (the source of this zonation) the species G. barremiana and the zone is confined to the Barreian, so top Barremian has been used here instead of base D. deshaeyi BAZ cited in the note and base T. bowerbanki used in the equation/TSC. This moves the zone top down and extends the unzoned interval.
