It is calibrated to the Calcareous nannoplankton zone NP24 (pars) of Martini (1971); planktonic foraminifer zone P21 (pars) of Blow (1969) and Berggren (1972); and to the dinocyst biozone D14 (pars) of Costa & Manum (1988). 90% up in NP24 on GTS04 diagram.
