base notes	Base of Spathian in Boreal is is in upper LT6n (= 70% up in a single CG8n). DASH -- Jenks et al (2015) shows Subolenikites pilaticus as coeval with Procolumbites beds, but Orchard implies it is base of Spathian (used here). McRoberts’10 shows Subolenikites pilaticus as mid-Procolumbites. Genus of "pilaticus" (mid-Spathian) was assigned as Keyserlingites in Tozer’s original Canadian Arctic zonation, and "Subolenikites" as a later genus assignment. Could be also "Olenikites" Assigned as equivalent span to T. pakistanum of Tethyan/Alpine. Szurlies (2004) has the conchostracan-version at about 75% up in his Magzone CG7n (which may be a small gap) = base of Detfurth cycles in Germanic system. There are no equivalent ammonite zones in the Arctic for the early Spathian Tirolites cassianus zone (according to Paul van Veen).				comp notes
