base notes	Carnepigondolella gulloae (new zone of Rigo et al., 2018) was shown as beginning in middle of Geum. jandianus ammonoid zone; but Mazza et al. (2018) conodont-mag puts as ca. 10% up in PM5n (used here).. "Base of this zone approximates the third important conodont faunistic turnover of the Tethys, defined as T3 (=Turnover 3) by Mazza et al. (2010), in which almost all the metapolygnathids disappear". Orchard (Nov’19 to J.Ogg): "I regard Carnepigondolella gulloae as a species of Primatella, and its range entirely below that of A. quadrata (Orchard, 2019)."
