base notes	Metapolygnathus praecommunisti is the first representative of the genus Metapolygnathus. [Note -- Orchard Nov’19 email to J.Ogg: "I assign M. praecommunisti to Quadralella (Orchard, 2018)).] Lineage is Paragondolella noah-Metapolygnathus (now Qadrelella) praecommunisti-Metapolygnathus communisti. "in this zone the last occurrence of P. polygnathiformis, P. praelindae, and Hayashiella nodosa is documented". Base suggested as ca. 85% up in Tropites dilleri zone on chart of Rigo et al.
