base notes	Alternative for potential base of Norian; but Epigondolella (now Ancyrogondolella) quadrata has taxonomic problems (e.g., Orchard shows FAD at Black Bear Ridge at this level, but he shows Epigondolella aff. quadrata beginning in uppermost Ladinian in Italy. Orchard wrote (Nov’19 to J.Ogg): "I use Ancyrogondolella rather than Epigondolella for lower Norian species (rigoi, triangularis, quadrata) (Orchard, 2018)." Orchard (Oct’19 chart, pers. commun.) schematically shows Canada occurrence as ca. 85% up in Stikinoceras kerri ammonoid zone (used here). GTS2012 used previous Orchard placement as just above base (5%) of Malayites dawsoni Zone (his figure doesn’t show top of that ammonoid zone). GTS04 scaled as about 80% up in Stik. kerri ammonite zone (Canada) (which is lower). Kozur’s general diagram has as a simple mid-Kerri				comp notes
