base notes	Ammonite ""Hypanacanthoplites gr. jacobi BASE is just below Jacob level in Vocontian Basin [Luber et al., 2019, Cret.Res. Suppl.X10] (= just below base Cycle 34) = Tied to rescaled Jarvis C13 column of Herrle et al’s 2004 reference composite. Called H. plesiotypicus in Kennedy et al., 2014 (Albian GSSP). GTS2012 was NEARLY THE SAME as 15% up between base of A. nolani and base of L. tardefurcata to retain schematic proportions of Herle et al. (2004) in SE France; atlhough this was partly a guess on their part and doesn’t fit Kennedy et al (2014) projection BELOW Jacob black-shale layer. In GTS2008, base of H. jacobi was DASHED as 1/2 up in T. bejaouensis Foram zone (on composite meters) by Herrle et al. (2004) in SE France composite. It is a LONG zone in SE France sections; indeed, spans Jacob and Kilian organic-rich layers, and ends at base of Pacquier layer. Equivalent to Hypacanthoplites anglicus zone. Upper 1/3 equivalent to ’casey’ s.z.				comp notes
