base notes	SBZ11 = DASH "Rodrigues-Pinto et al. (2013) demonstrate with magnetostrat that the base of SBZZ11 is at about the short reversed interval within C23n. (it could even be lower, but there are no data further down in the section" (Speijer, 5Sept’19 email to J.Ogg 5Sept’19) - put here as base C23n.1r.. GTS2012 had at base of P8 (Larger foram vs Planktonic zone diagram sent by R.Speijer, Feb’11 for GTS2012). Alveolina cremae, A. dainellii, Nummulites praelaevigatus, N. nitidus, N. archiaci, Assilina laxispira Zone. Base (dashed) on SEPM chart is 50.71 Ma with no obvious Foram-zone ties, therefore assigned as base (5%) of Chron C22r. From Working Group on Larger Foraminifera website: "SBZZ 11 (Middle Cuisian). Defined by the biostratigraphic range of: Alveolina dainellii,A. aff. canavarii, A. histrica histrica, A. decastroi, A. cremae, Nummulites praelaevigatus, N. burdigalensis cantabricus, N. kapeliosi, N. escheri, N. nitidus, N. archiaci, Assilina laxispira and Discocyclina fortisi simferopolensis. The lower boundary is located in the uppermost part of Chron 22r, practically coinciding with the base of Chron 23.1n, according to the integration of data from Bentham and Burbank [1996] and Tosquella et al. [1990]. SBZZll corresponds to NP13 and the lower part of NP14 [Kapellos and Schaub, 1973; Schaub, 1981], and to P8 and P9 [Hillebrandt, 1975 in Tambareau, 1994; Cavelier and Pomerol, 1986].				comp notes
