base notes	SBZ12 = DASH at "Base immediately above base NP14, based on Papazzoni et al. 2017 "(Speijer advice 13Sept’19) - put here as 5% up in NP14. For GTS2012 was middle of Chron 22n ( advice sent by R.Speijer, Oct’11 for GTS2012 citing Serra-Kiel et al., 1998). Alveolina violae, N. manfredi, N. campesinus, N. caupennensis, Assilina major and A. cuvillieri Zone. Base (dashed) on SEPM chart is 49.46 Ma with no obvious Foram-zone ties, therefore assigned as 3/8ths up in Chron C22n. From Working Group on Larger Foraminifera website: "SBZZ 12 (late Cuisian) . Defined by the biostratigraphic range of : Alveolina violae, A. rakoveci, A. azzaro/ii, A. cuspidata, Nummulites manfredi, N. angularis, N. campesinus, N. quasilaevigatus, N. formosus, N. caupennensis, Assilina maior and Ass. cuvillieri. The lower boundary is located in the middle of Chron 22n according to the integration of data from Bentham and Burbank [1996] and Tosquella et aI., [1990]. SBZZ12 is located within NP14 [Kapellos and Schaub, 1973; Schaub, 1981] and P9 [Cavelier and Pomerol, 1986].				comp notes
