(2012) demonstrate with magnetostrat that the base of SBZZ14 is quite bit lower, in the lower half of C20r" (Speijer email to J.Ogg, 5Sept’19) = C20r.3 used here. GTS2012 had at middle of P11 (Larger foram vs Planktonic zone diagram sent by R.Speijer, Feb’11 for GTS2012). Alveolina munieri, Nummulites beneharnensis, N. boussaci and Assilina spira spira Zone. Base (dashed) on SEPM chart is 46.33 Ma with no obvious Foram-zone ties, therefore assigned as 95% up in Chron C21n. From Working Group on Larger Foraminifera website: "SBZZ 14 (Middle Lutetian 1). Defined by the biostratigraphic range of : Alveolina munieri, Nummulites beneharnensis, N. gratus, N. aspermontis, N. hilarionis, N. stephani, N. boussaci and Assilina spira spira. The lower boundary is located in the upper part of Chron 20r, according to magnetostratigraphic data in Bentham and Burbank [1996] and to biostratigraphic data in Sams? et al., [1994], integrated in Poblet et al. [1998], and coincides approximately with boundary PIO-Pll [Hottinger, 1977]. SBZZ14 corresponds to the upper part of NP15 [Kapellos and Schaub, 1973].				comp notes
